In partnership with Highpoint Shopping Centre, KidsCo helped deliver a magical Yeti-Ville zone during the winter school holidays to support the parents at Highpoint, offer a new and unique experience, in addition to driving foot traffic back to retail

With inevitable lockdowns to keep Australians safe, it has been difficult to navigate the new ‘normal’ so the parents and children at Highpoint were in for a real treat. We all know shopping and kids just aren’t a match made in heaven, with KidsCo in action at Highpoint, it meant families could drop off the kids at Yeti-Ville to have a well-deserved coffee break, unwind and shop ‘til they drop all whilst knowing their little ones were in safe hands and completely immersed in the FUN.

The week was jam-packed with so many exciting workshops, and interactive activities specially designed to inspire creative thinking and mindfulness. DIY Fluffy Slime, Big Foot obstacle courses and science experiments like DIY Super Bouncy Balls were some of the few activities we had in-store and fan faves!

The school holiday program completely BOOKED OUT before it was set to hit the ground running with countless parents joining the waitlist. The program’s huge success is a testament to how valuable these programs are for both parents and children and emphasises the need for childcare services in shopping centres.

Seeing our little legends have the BEST DAY EVER, making new friends, coupled with the sigh of relief from parents truly brought a massive smile to our face. On top of this, being able to help support retail, entertainment, and hospitality industries heavily affected by the COVID pandemic was the icing on the cake.
